PROFILE：

FEISPARTIC F524 is a solvent-free aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.

PROPERTY：

1）Solvent-free with low viscosity. For the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings.

2）Compared with F420 and F520, its reaction activity is between them, and better toughness.

3）High reactivity. Touch dry in 20-30 minutes when react with HDI Trimer to improve the production efficiency.

4）The coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance and high gloss.Has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.

5）Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and a variety of metals.

6）Has excellent compatibility with most of hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.

APPLICATIONS：

1）Can be used to make various high-grade paint fields, such as automobile paint, wood paint and so on. it can obviously improve the fullness, gloss and hardness and speed up the drying;

2）Can be used to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields;

3）Can be used for foam landscape, concrete waterproof materials and other fields;

4）Can be used to make wind blade coating field, such as gel coat, putty and topcoat;

SHELF LIFE:
FEISPARTIC F520L must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F520L in the closed original container is 12 months.

NOTICE:
1）FEISPARTIC F520L is combustible and should be stored at the temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
2）The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F520L should be tested for performance after one week ’s maintenance.
